A Senior HR Recruiter manages full-cycle talent acquisition, partners with hiring managers to define staffing needs, and builds strong candidate pipelines using professional networks and job portals.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer management.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and design accurate job descriptions.
- Talent Sourcing: Use platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and social media channels to attract both active and passive candidates.
- Candidate Experience: Maintain clear communication and ensure a positive, fair journey for applicants at every stage.
- Onboarding & Metrics: Coordinate onboarding activities, manage HR documentation, and track recruitment metrics like time-to-hire.
Essential Requirements
- Experience: 3 to 5+ years of proven background in end-to-end recruitment or human resources.
- Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
