Job Description:
Fluent in English and Hindi Both. Greeting clients and setting a positive office atmosphere. Answering the phone, taking messages and redirecting calls to respective offices. Organizing and maintaining files and records and updating them when necessary. Mail drafting, Excel, MS Word, PPT etc. Scheduling and confirming appointments, meeting and events. Maintaining office inventory, grooming housekeeping and security staff. Other related assigned works by the management.

Key Responsibilities

Guest & Visitor Management:Greet and welcome visitors and clients, provide information or directions, and ensure they are directed to the appropriate personnel.

Communication:Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, and handle correspondence via phone and email.

Administrative Tasks:Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean and professional, sort and distribute mail and packages, and maintain office supplies.

Scheduling:Coordinate and manage appointment schedules for staff and book meeting rooms.

Office Operations:Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.

Security:Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
