Job Description:
A sales executive drives company revenue by finding potential clients, presenting products/services, negotiating deals, and maintaining client relationships to meet sales targetsKey responsibilities include lead generation through networking and cold calls, conducting market research, giving sales presentations, closing deals, and tracking sales performance using CRM tools. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to achieve business growth. 
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting: 
    Identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and market research to build a pipeline of potential customers. 
     
  • Client Engagement: 
    Schedule and conduct meetings with clients, both virtually and in person, to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. 
     
  • Product/Service Presentation: 
    Present and demonstrate company products or services effectively to potential customers, highlighting their benefits. 
     
  • Sales Negotiation: 
    Negotiate contracts, pricing, and sales terms to close deals successfully and ensure client satisfaction. 
     
  • Relationship Management: 
    Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business, customer satisfaction, and potential upselling opportunities. 
     
  • Market Awareness: 
    Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities to maintain a competitive edge. 
     
  • Reporting & Administration: 
    Track sales activities and performance using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and generate regular performance reports. 
     
  • Brand Representation: 
    Act as a representative of the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. 
     
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Communication Skills: 
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills are vital for effective presentations and client interactions. 
     
  • Negotiation & Persuasion: 
    The ability to negotiate contracts and persuade clients to make purchasing decisions. 
     
  • Sales Mindset: 
    A goal-driven attitude with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. 
     
  • Interpersonal Skills: 
    Strong relationship-building and customer-engagement abilities to build trust and loyalty. 
     
  • Market Knowledge: 
    Understanding of sales and marketing processes and the ability to research and identify business leads. 
     
  • Technical Proficiency:
