Job Description:

Duties & Responsibilities

• Serve as the point person for all project planning and coordination, including but not limited to developing timelines, setting deadlines, and ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner
• Work with project managers to develop detailed project plans, track progress against milestones, and identify and resolve potential roadblocks
• Serve as the primary contact for project stakeholders, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns or questions in a timely manner
• Proactively identify risks and issues that could impact project success, and work with the project team to develop mitigation strategies
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, serving as a resource for information and assistance as needed
• Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, both in person and virtually, taking and distributing meeting minutes as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including but not limited to project plans, change logs, issue tracking reports, and status reports
• Assist with the development and implementation of project management processes and tools, as needed
• Provide administrative support to the project team as needed, including but not limited to scheduling travel, ordering supplies, and processing invoices
• Conduct post-project reviews to document lessons learned and identify areas for improvement
• Use data and analytics to generate insights that will improve future project planning and execution
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices related to project management and planning
