Job Description:
- Administrative Support: Answer phone calls, greet visitors, and sort incoming mail.
- Schedule Management: Book meeting rooms, set up appointments, and manage calendars.
- Record Keeping: Perform data entry and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
- Document Preparation: Draft letters, emails, memos, and basic reports.
- Inventory Control: Order office supplies and restock common areas.
- Communication: Clear verbal and written skills for speaking with clients and coworkers.
- Organization: Strong time-management skills to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Technical Literacy: Proficiency in office software like Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Discretion: Ability to handle private company or client information safely.
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred for specialized tracks.
