HR OFFICER MANAGER FOR GARMENTS MANUFACTURERS
Job Description:
- Recruitment: Post jobs, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
- Onboarding: Handle joining paperwork and orient new hires.
- Records: Maintain accurate employee databases and physical files.
- Payroll Support: Track attendance and leave, and gather payroll inputs.
- Employee Relations: Answer staff questions and help resolve daily conflicts.
- Compliance: Follow local labor laws and company rules
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of work in an HR or administrative role.
- Communication: Strong speaking, listening, and writing abilities.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with MS Office and basic HR software or databases HRIS
