HR MANAGER FOR POWER PLANT - RAIPUR ,CHHATTISGARH

Job Description:

• Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in line with company objectives.
• Handle manpower planning, talent acquisition, and workforce management to meet business requirements.
• Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures while maintaining a positive work culture.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and company HR policies.
• Oversee payroll coordination, attendance management, leave administration, and employee records.
• Plan and execute performance appraisal, training, learning, and development programs.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, retention strategies, and organizational development activities.
• Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower requirements and succession planning.
• Prepare HR MIS reports, recruitment status reports, and workforce analytics for management review.
• Support audits and ensure proper documentation of HR records and statutory compliance.
• Candidates with experience in HR management, industrial relations, recruitment, and manufacturing or industrial organizations will be preferred.
