• Budgeting & Cost Control: Prepare initial cost estimates, manage the budget, process contractor invoices, and negotiate favorable agreements with vendors. [1, 2, 3]
• Resource Allocation: Procure and manage necessary manpower, equipment, and materials required across the construction lifecycle. [1, 2]
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and consultants. Lead progress meetings and report on project status. [1, 2, 3]
