Job Description:
A Logistics Marketing Manager drives B2B brand awareness, generates qualified leads, and promotes supply chain solutions (e.g., freight forwarding, warehousing). Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute 360° marketing strategies aligned with revenue targets. [1, 2]
- Lead Generation: Build and optimize digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, email) and manage CRM platforms to generate B2B leads. [1, 2]
- Brand Management: Elevate brand presence across trade fairs, industry events, and digital channels.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, analyze industry trends, and identify new market segments. [1, 2, 3, 4]
- Collateral Creation: Develop specialized marketing materials (brochures, case studies, and presentations) highlighting supply chain capabilities. [1, 2, 3, 4]
- Cross-functional Alignment: Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure marketing initiatives match service delivery capabilities. [1]
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management.
- Experience: 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, specifically within freight forwarding, cold chain, or logistics.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the logistics landscape, shipping regulations, and 3PL/4PL operations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), Google Analytics, and CRM software.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
