- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical, plant, and office positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and database hiring.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and management teams.
- Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment tracker, MIS reports, and hiring status updates.
- Plan bulk hiring drives as per manpower requirements.
- Build and maintain candidate database for future openings.
- Follow up with selected candidates for joining and documentation.
- Coordinate with HR team for onboarding and induction processes.
- Candidates with strong recruitment experience in manufacturing/industrial hiring preferred.
