Job Description:
A Driver is responsible for safely transporting passengers or goods to designated locations, following traffic laws, and maintaining vehicle cleanliness and upkeep. Key duties include planning efficient routes, loading/unloading cargo, managing schedules, and performing minor vehicle maintenance. Essential skills involve valid licensure, navigation proficiency, and strong interpersonal communication.
Core Responsibilities:
- Transport Operations: Safely driving vehicles to deliver goods or transport passengers to destinations.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhering to all traffic laws, road regulations, and safety standards

- Vehicle Maintenance: Conducting regular checks on vehicle fluids, brakes, and tires to ensure operational safety.
- Navigation & Time Management: Using GPS devices and mapping tools to plan routes, ensuring timely arrivals despite traffic.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate, up-to-date logs of mileage, fuel consumption, and deliveries.
- Customer Service: Maintaining a professional demeanor and assisting passengers or clients with loading/unloading cargo.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- License: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with GPS and navigation apps.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, load, and unload goods, often requiring long hours.
- Communication: Effective interpersonal skills for interacting with passengers or staff.
Working Conditions:
