A Computer Operator in a coaching centre manages daily administrative tasks, including student data entry, fee tracking, and generating reports, while maintaining computer hardware and software. They handle student inquiries, assist with online classes, and ensure smooth operation of educational technology. Core Responsibilities
- Data Entry & Management: Maintaining accurate records of student registrations, attendance, and fee payments in databases.
- Administrative Support: Assisting with scheduling classes, preparing study materials, and managing student queries.
- Technical Assistance: Troubleshooting basic computer issues, setting up equipment for classes, and ensuring software is updated.
- Documentation & Reporting: Generating, organizing, and filing daily, weekly, or monthly reports for management.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency: High-speed typing and strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge: Working knowledge of computer hardware, printers, and scanners.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with students, parents, and faculty.
