Job Description:
An HR Executive manages daily HR operations, bridging employees and management by handling recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance reviews, payroll/benefits admin, training, and ensuring compliance with labor laws, all while supporting strategic goals for talent acquisition, retention, and a positive work environment. They implement HR policies, run programs, manage records, and handle issues like grievances and terminations, acting as key implementers of HR strategy.
- Recruitment & Hiring: Sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
- Employee Relations: Addressing grievances, managing conflict, conducting exit interviews, fostering a positive culture.
- Performance Management: Implementing review processes (annual/360°), assessing training needs, coordinating development programs.
- Compensation & Benefits: Designing packages, administering benefits (health, retirement).
- Compliance & Policy: Ensuring adherence to labor laws, updating HR policies, managing employee records.
- HR Operations: Overseeing daily tasks, managing HR software (HRIS/ATS), handling attendance, payroll coordination, budget monitoring.
- Executing HR initiatives and ensuring smooth daily workflows.
- Acting as a liaison between staff and management.
- Supporting organizational growth through effective talent management
