Job Description:
A mining supervisor oversees daily mining operations to ensure worker safety, compliance with regulations, and productivity goals are met. Key duties include supervising and training staff, monitoring equipment, conducting safety inspections, coordinating with engineers, managing schedules, and resolving operational issues. This role demands strong leadership, excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of mining processes, and the ability to balance cost control with high production.
Key Responsibilities

Safety & Compliance:Enforce safety protocols, conduct regular safety checks, and ensure adherence to environmental and regulatory standards.

Production & Efficiency:Monitor production levels, allocate tasks to team members, and optimize mining processes to meet targets.

Team Leadership:Supervise and guide the mining workforce, providing training, mentorship, and on-the-job instruction.
