Key Responsibilities

Production Management:Oversee and coordinate production activities, ensuring targets are met and quality standards are maintained.

Team Supervision:Lead, guide, and motivate the shift team, ensuring proper shift handovers and maintaining a positive work environment.

Operational Efficiency:Monitor and optimize processes to improve productivity and reduce downtime, resolving operational issues promptly.

Safety & Compliance:Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, company policies, and relevant regulations during the shift.

Equipment Maintenance:Oversee the proper maintenance of machinery and equipment, coordinating with maintenance teams for timely repairs.

Documentation & Reporting:Maintain accurate shift logs, production records, and prepare detailed reports for senior management.

Problem-Solving:Identify and resolve operational and personnel-related issues that arise during the shift.
Qualifications
- Education: A high school diploma is often required, with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in a supervisory or operational role is necessary.
- Knowledge: Understanding of production processes, safety regulations, and the specific equipment or systems used in the role.
