Job Description:

Requirement: Expertise in Balance Sheet, P&L, Audit & Finalization of Accounts (CA Inter preferred).

 

 

 

 

 

An account manager serves as the primary liaison between a company and its clients, responsible for cultivating strong, long-term relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and acting as a point of contact to address client needs and resolve issuesKey duties include developing strategic account plans, coordinating with internal teams to deliver on client expectations, monitoring account performance, and identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts. 
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients by acting as their trusted advisor and main point of contact. 
     
  • Strategic Account Planning:
    Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet client objectives and drive client success. 
     
  • Problem-Solving & Support:
    Address client inquiries, resolve complaints, and manage issues effectively to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. 
     
  • Internal Coordination:
    Collaborate with various internal departments (e.g., sales, marketing, product) to ensure that client needs are understood and met. 
     
  • Sales & Growth:
    Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, upsell company products and services, and manage contract renewals and negotiations. 
     
  • Performance Monitoring:
    Track and report on key account performance metrics to demonstrate value and identify areas for improvement. 
     
  • Client-Facing Activities:
    Conduct client meetings, deliver presentations, and prepare status reports to keep clients informed and engaged. 
     
Essential Skills & Qualifications
  • Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong negotiation abilities. 
     
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop long-term strategies and solve complex problems. 
     
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: A proactive, customer-oriented approach to managing client relationships and delivering value. 
     
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage a portfolio of accounts effectively. 
     
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant business tools. 
     
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or communications is often required.
