Job Description:
An HR Executive manages the human resources functions of an organization, including talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll, benefits, and compliance with labor lawsKey responsibilities involve developing HR strategies, overseeing recruitment and onboarding, administering compensation and benefits, conducting performance reviews, and maintaining employee records and HR policies to foster a productive work environment. 
 
Core Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition:
    Overseeing the entire recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection and hiring. 
     
  • Onboarding & Offboarding:
    Conducting orientation for new hires and managing the exit procedures for departing employees. 
     
  • Employee Relations:
    Addressing employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions fairly. 
     
  • Compensation & Benefits:
    Administering payroll, managing health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits. 
     
  • Performance Management:
    Coordinating performance reviews, goal-setting, and development plans for employees. 
     
  • Compliance & Policy:
    Ensuring adherence to labor laws, company policies, and regulations, and developing new policies. 
     
  • Training & Development:
    Organizing programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. 
     
  • Record Keeping:
    Maintaining accurate employee records and generating relevant HR reports.
