Job Description:

A Production Manager (Furnace) oversees all aspects of furnace operations to ensure efficient and safe production, meeting quality standards and production goals. This role involves planning production schedules, managing resources, ensuring optimal furnace performance, and maintaining a safe and environmentally compliant work environment.
