Job Description:
A Heat Treatment Incharge is responsible for overseeing all aspects of heat treatment processes within a facility, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to safety standards. This role involves supervising personnel, managing operations, and maintaining equipment, while also contributing to process improvement and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervision and Management:Leading and managing the heat treatment team, including operators, technicians, and other personnel.

Process Oversight:Ensuring adherence to established procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols during heat treatment operations.

Quality Control:Monitoring and analyzing heat treatment cycles, adjusting parameters as needed to achieve desired material properties.

Equipment Management:Overseeing the maintenance and calibration of heat treatment equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.

Training and Mentorship:Providing training to staff on heat treatment processes, safety procedures, and quality control measures.

Process Improvement:Identifying areas for improvement in heat treatment processes, developing and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and product quality.

Documentation and Reporting:Maintaining accurate records of heat treatment processes, equipment maintenance, and safety compliance.

- Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and resolving production issues.
- Conducting quality checks on treated materials and recording data.
- Coordinating with maintenance personnel for equipment repairs and preventative maintenance.
