DATA ENTRY OPERATOR- RAIPUR

1. Input Data: Accurately transcribe and insert text-based or numerical data from source documents into company databases within set deadlines. 
2. Review & Verify: Cross-check input data against original source documents to verify accuracy and resolve any discrepancies
3. Correct Errors: Identify data deficiencies, missing information, or formatting inconsistencies, and correct them as needed. 
4. Organize & File: Maintain and organize physical and digital records so that company information is easily accessible for team members.
5. Maintain Confidentiality: Handle sensitive company and customer information securely and comply with corporate data integrity and security policies. 
6. Perform Backups: Execute routine system backups to ensure data preservation and prevent accidental information loss. 
7. Generate Reports: Sort priorities and create standardized data summaries and reports for management or other departments. 
8. Research Missing Info: Conduct basic research to gather or verify incomplete source documents before digitizing them. 
9. Manage Office Equipment: Ensure proper functioning of office equipment like printers, fax machines, and scanners, and report malfunctions. 
10. Collaborate with Teams: Communicate with different departments to collect necessary information and maintain data consistency across the organization.
