Job Description:
Urgent requirement of HR Officer , for a reputed steel industry at Raipur location, candidate must have a minimum experience of 4years at any steel industry looking over similar responsibilities. candidate must be responsible of Assist in formulating the policies in relation to HR and support in ensuring the policies and its legal compliance Responsible for monitoring, analyzing and evaluating organizations compensation and benefits data within the organization according to market conditions and government regulations Lead to a variety of human resource-related program to ensure that the organizations current and future human resource requirements are met and that employees are managed, organised, trained, evaluated and rewarded in accordance with organisation's human resource strategy
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Managing the recruitment and selection process
