CFO FOR STEEL INDUSTRY - MUNGELI, BILASPUR, CHHATTISGARH

• Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and/or Board of Directors

• Direct Reports: Finance Director, Controller, Accounting Team, and related administrative or HR/IT leads depending on company size

• Core Purpose: Oversee the organization's fiscal health, liquidity, budgeting, risk management, and long-term business strategy.

• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Develop annual budgets, long-range financial forecasts, and cash flow models.

• Capital Structure & Investments: Manage debt and equity balance, evaluate return on investment (ROI), and guide M&A or expansion opportunities.

• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure accurate financial reporting under GAAP, IFRS, or SEC standards, and oversee tax planning and audits.

• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial, operational, and market risks.

• Strategic Partnership: Act as a key advisor to the CEO and C-suite on profitability, cost reduction, and business growth.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.

• Certifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or Chartered Accountant (CA/ICAP) credentials.

• Experience: 8 to 10+ years of progressive financial management experience, including 5+ years in a senior executive or leadership capacity.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in advanced financial modeling, ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle), and data analytics tools.

• Competencies: Strong leadership, cross-functional communication, negotiation, and strategic decision-making.
