ACCOUNT MANAGER FOR STEEL MANUFACTURING - RAIPUR , CHHATTISGARH
Job Description:
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the main liaison between assigned clients and internal teams.
- Onboarding & Support: Guide clients through implementation and ensure they receive consistent value from our products or services.
- Retention & Renewals: Drive contract renewals and minimize customer churn.
- Growth & Upselling: Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional solutions that fit client goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, marketing, and customer support teams to resolve issues and deliver on expectations.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key account metrics, track client health scores (such as NPS), and prepare regular status reports.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in account management, client services, or B2B sales.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and office productivity tools.
- Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and time-management capabilities.
