SR. OFFICER QUALITY FOR FOUNDRY STEEL SHOTS MANUFACTURING - RAIPUR , CHHATTISGARH

• Quality Control & Testing: Conduct and supervise testing of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process goods, and finished products as per defined standards. 
• Compliance & Audits: Maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS), handle ISO/GMP documentation, and assist in planning and executing internal or supplier audits. 
• Equipment & Calibration: Ensure plant measuring equipment, laboratory reagents, and gauges are properly maintained, calibrated, and tracked.
• Problem Solving & CAPA: Investigate root causes for quality deviations, write and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and troubleshoot shop-floor issues. 
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with production, supply chain (SCM), and management teams to meet delivery schedules and quality targets.
• Documentation: Prepare Certificates of Analysis (COA), Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and quality reports. 

• Education: B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or B.Pharmacy (depending on the industry, such as pharma or manufacturing).
• Experience: Typically 2 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within a manufacturing, chemical, or pharmaceutical environment.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), ISO standards, analytical tools (e.g., HPLC, GC where applicable), and quality methodologies like SPC, MSA, or 8D.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, and cross-functional communication abilities.
