Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable, punctual, and safe Driver to transport passengers, documents, or goods to assigned destinations. The ideal candidate will maintain a clean driving record, follow all traffic laws, and provide courteous service.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate company or personal vehicles to transport staff, clients, or cargo.
- Plan efficient routes using GPS and real-time traffic or weather updates.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle safety and maintenance checks.
- Keep the vehicle clean, fueled, and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage records, and delivery or toll receipts.
- Assist with loading, unloading, or handling parcels/luggage as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
- License: Valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle class (with a clean driving record).
- Experience: Proven driving experience (typically 1 to 2+ years preferred; freshers may apply depending on the role).
- Skills: Good knowledge of local routes, GPS navigation apps, and defensive driving.
- Soft Skills: Punctual, responsible, polite, and good communication habits.
- Physical: Ability to sit for extended periods and lift/handle moderate cargo if required.
Working Conditions & Shift
- Type: Full-time / Part-time
- Shift: Standard day shift (with occasional night or weekend duty based on operational requirements)
