🎯 Job Purpose
The Deputy General Manager will assist the GM in directing and coordinating the organization's daily activities. 🔑 Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Execution
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the GM to develop, refine, and execute long-term corporate strategies and business plans.
- Goal Alignment: Translate high-level organizational goals into actionable departmental objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Policy Enforcement: Establish, review, and enforce company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality standards.
Operations & Performance Management

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s/MBA is highly preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 8–12 years of professional experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior managerial or leadership role.
- Track Record: Proven history of managing large teams, scaling operational processes, and achieving revenue targets.
Technical & Hard Skills

- Experience working with corporate enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and project management tools.
