- Equipment & Safety: Oversee equipment calibration, maintenance, and adherence to corporate safety protocols and Chemical Hygiene Plans.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Guide, train, and mentor junior chemists, troubleshoot technical issues, and present findings to senior management
Qualifications & Education
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Chemical Engineering required; Master’s degree or Ph.D. strongly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 to 7+ years of hands-on laboratory experience in a chemical, R&D, or pharmaceutical environment.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in analytical instrumentation (HPLC, GC, FTIR, LC-MS)
- Strong knowledge of wet chemistry and regulatory guidelines (FDA, ISO, GLP)
- Data analysis and statistical software proficiency
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, project management, and written/verbal communication skills.
