ENGINNER/ SUPERVISOR -FARM HOUSE PROJECT RAIPUR , CHHATTISGARH

Job Description:

• Position Type: Full-Time / Site-Based

• Experience Level: 1 to 2 Years

• Location: Raipur Outskirts / Chhattisgarh

• Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech (Civil) or Diploma in Civil Engineering

• Site Execution & Supervision:

  • Supervise daily construction activities including excavation, foundation work, PCC/RCC casting, brick masonry, plastering, and flooring.

  • Ensure all construction elements strictly follow architectural and structural drawings (alignment, line, level, and plumb).

• Quality Control:

  • Monitor material quality (checking cement, sand, aggregates, and steel reinforcement compliance).

  • Supervise concrete mixing ratios, pouring, compaction (vibrator usage), and oversee the curing process.

• Labor & Contractor Management:

  • Coordinate daily tasks for local masons, barbenders, shuttering carpenters, and general laborers.

  • Maintain daily attendance and deployment records.

• Material Tracking & Reporting:

  • Keep track of material inventory (stock available vs. consumed) to prevent shortages or theft on site.

  • Send Daily Progress Reports (DPR) along with photos/updates to the Project Manager or owner.

• Safety Compliance:

  • Enforce basic on-site safety rules (such as safe scaffolding, handling of tools, and general hazard prevention).
