CRO - FERRO ALLOYS
Job Description:
Job Title: CRO (Control Room Operator) – Ferro Alloys Industry: Ferro Alloys / Steel Plant / Manufacturing Department: Production / Operations Experience: 2–5 Years Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Metallurgy, Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering (ITI candidates may be considered based on experience).
Key Responsibilities

Monitor and control furnace operations from the control room.

Monitor furnace temperature, voltage, current, power consumption and other operating parameters.

Coordinate with furnace operators and field staff to ensure smooth production.

Monitor raw material charging, melting and alloy production processes.

Maintain production records, shift reports and furnace operating logs.

Identify abnormal operating conditions and coordinate corrective actions.

Ensure adherence to production targets, quality standards and safety procedures.

Coordinate with maintenance and electrical teams during equipment breakdowns.

Monitor power supply and furnace performance to minimize downtime.
