Job Title: Quality Officer
Industry: Steel / Manufacturing / DRI / Rolling Mill
Department: Quality Control / Quality Assurance
Experience: 3–7 Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Metallurgy, Mechanical, Production, or related field
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor quality standards throughout production processes.
- Conduct raw material, in-process and finished-product inspections.
- Ensure products meet required specifications and customer requirements.
- Maintain quality inspection reports and documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance and Laboratory teams.
- Identify quality deviations, defects and non-conformities.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor process parameters and quality test results.
- Support quality audits and customer inspections.
- Analyze quality issues and assist in root-cause analysis.
- Ensure compliance with applicable quality procedures and standards
