Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store and warehouse operations.
- Receive, inspect and record incoming materials.
- Maintain GRN, material receipts, issue slips and stock records.
- Ensure proper storage, identification and handling of materials.
- Maintain minimum/maximum stock levels and avoid stock shortages.
- Issue materials to Production, Maintenance and other departments.
- Conduct physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Monitor slow-moving, non-moving and obsolete inventory.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, Production and Maintenance teams.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/SAP/Tally.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock and inventory reports.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety within the store area.
