Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and implement plant safety rules and EHS procedures.
- Conduct daily safety inspections of plant areas.
- Ensure proper use of PPE by employees and workers.
- Monitor work permits, hot work, height work and confined-space activities.
- Support fire safety and emergency preparedness.
- Conduct toolbox talks and basic safety training.
- Identify unsafe conditions and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain safety records, inspection reports and incident reports.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance and security teams.
- Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and statutory requirements.
Preferred Candidate: Ex-Army Personnel with safety/security discipline and industrial exposure
Qualification: Graduate / Diploma; Safety certification preferred
Salary: ₹18,000–₹30,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)
Location: As per company requirement
