Job Description:
- Implement and monitor EHS & safety procedures across the plant.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits.
- Identify hazards and perform risk assessments/JSA.
- Ensure compliance with PPE, work permits, LOTO, work-at-height and confined-space procedures.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety training and emergency drills.
- Investigate accidents, near misses and unsafe conditions and prepare reports.
- Monitor contractor safety and ensure compliance with plant safety standards.
- Maintain safety records, inspection reports and statutory documentation.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance and other departments for corrective actions.
- Support emergency preparedness and fire-safety activities.
