Repair and Maintenance Supervisor for logistics

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities • Supervise day-to-day repair and maintenance of vehicles and equipment at assigned site • Coordinate with mechanics and vendors for timely breakdown repairs • Maintain repair logs and update maintenance records regularly • Run operational errands — delivering challans and documents to transporters and vendors • Ensure vehicles are fit for deployment and flag unfit vehicles immediately • Track spare parts inventory and raise requisitions on time

Required Skills • Basic mechanical knowledge of heavy vehicles • Good organisational and coordination skills • Reliable, punctual, and willing to do field work • Familiarity with local transport and vendor network in Rourkela • Two-wheeler license essential
