Job Description:
A project manager plans, leads, and oversees projects from start to finish to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
Job Brief
We are looking for an organized and experienced Project Manager to guide key initiatives from ideation through deployment. You will coordinate internal and external resources, manage budgets, and act as the main communication hub for all stakeholders.
According to “Specific project manager responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation and delivering every project on time within budget and scope.”
Key Responsibilities
- Planning: Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and create detailed work plans and timelines.
- Resource & Budget Management: Assign tasks, manage project finances, and coordinate staff and third-party partners.
- Monitoring & Quality: Track progress, audit quality status, and resolve any obstacles or blockers that arise.
- Communication: Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal team members, giving clear status updates.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and design mitigation plans to keep the project on track.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: A bachelor's or master's degree in business, management, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 to 5+ years of proven experience in project management.
- Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a strong advantage.
- Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, problem-solving, time management, and communication abilities.
