Key Responsibilities
- Operations: Supervise daily opening and closing routines, manage cash handling, and implement company policies.

- Sales & Targets: Drive revenue growth, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and motivate teams to meet quotas.
- Inventory Control: Track stock levels, handle replenishment, and coordinate with vendors or supply chains.
- Customer Service: Resolve client grievances and ensure an inviting in-store experience.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Typically requires 3 to 7 years of retail or operational background, including previous team supervision.
- Education: A high school diploma is standard; many employers prefer a bachelor's degree in business or management.
- Core Competencies: Strong verbal communication, basic budgeting, problem-solving, and familiarity with retail POS or inventory software.
