Role Overview
- Position: Deputy General Manager (DGM) - Marketing
- Department: Marketing & Corporate Strategy
- Reports To: General Manager (GM) / Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
- Experience Required: 8 to 12 years in marketing, with 3+ years in a senior leadership role
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Design the yearly marketing plan to support company revenue and growth goals.
- Brand Oversight: Protect the brand identity and make sure messaging stays clear across all channels.
- Campaign Management: Run both online and offline (ATL/BTL) marketing campaigns.
- Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and hire marketing team members.
- Budget Control: Manage the marketing budget and track return on investment (ROI).
- Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to turn leads into buyers.
Requirements & Skills
- Education: Master’s degree in Business (MBA) or a degree in Marketing.
- Skills: Strong leadership, data analysis, and project management.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of digital tools, SEO, social media, and market research.
