Job Description:
A Head of Sales is a senior executive who directs the commercial strategy, manages the sales team, and owns revenue targets to drive company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Build and execute comprehensive sales plans to hit revenue, profit, and market share goals.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate sales staff to reach peak performance.

Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 10 to 15+ years in sales, with a strong track record of leading teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; an MBA is often preferred.
- Core Skills: Exceptional leadership, data analysis, contract negotiation, and deep CRM platform expertise.
