Job Description:
An RM In-Charge (often a Senior Relationship Manager or Team Lead) oversees client accounts, manages team performance, and drives retention and sales targets. They act as the main link between high-value clients and internal departments while guiding junior relationship staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor a team of relationship managers to hit performance goals.
- Client Management: Maintain high-level ties with key accounts and handle major service issues or escalations.
- Sales Growth: Spot cross-selling and upselling openings to increase revenue.
- Strategy Execution: Plan engagement methods and analyze customer data using CRM tools.
- Cross-Functional Work: Work with sales, product, and support units to ensure smooth service delivery.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in client management, sales, or customer service, with prior leadership experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and negotiation talents.
- Technical Skills: Strong know-how of CRM software and Microsoft/Google workspace apps.
