Job Summary:

The Driver is responsible for safely transporting company staff, management, clients, and materials to designated locations while ensuring the vehicle remains clean, well-maintained, and compliant with traffic regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely drive company vehicles as assigned.
• Pick up and drop off employees, management, and guests on time.
• Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and materials when required.
• Follow all traffic rules and company safety policies.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections (fuel, engine oil, coolant, tyre pressure, brakes, lights, etc.).
• Keep the vehicle clean and in good working condition.
• Maintain vehicle logbooks, mileage records, and fuel consumption records.
• Report any vehicle repairs, accidents, or maintenance issues immediately.
• Ensure timely servicing, insurance renewal, PUC, and other vehicle documentation.
• Assist with loading and unloading of materials, if required.
• Be available for local and outstation travel as per business requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 10th/12th Pass.
• Valid LMV/Commercial Driving License (as applicable).
• Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
• Familiarity with local routes and GPS navigation.

• Safe and defensive driving skills.
• Time management and punctuality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, disciplined, and trustworthy.
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel outstation.

Experience:

• Minimum 2–5 years of driving experience (preferred).
• Experience driving luxury vehicles or company vehicles will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate:

• Well-groomed and professional.
• Honest and reliable.
• Physically fit and able to work under pressure.
• Flexible for overtime, weekends, and emergency duties when required.
