Job Description:
A marketing executive plans, creates, and runs daily marketing campaigns to build brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive sales. They handle both digital and offline tasks like content creation, market research, and campaign performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute promotional activities, advertising, and multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Content Creation: Write, proofread, and manage creative copy and multimedia materials for websites, emails, and social media.
- Market Research: Analyze consumer data, study market trends, and monitor competitor activities to spot new opportunities.
- Data & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), review web analytics, and prepare campaign performance reports.
- Coordination: Work with designers, sales teams, and external vendors to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for clear copywriting and networking.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with social media platforms, content management systems (like WordPress), and CRM software.
- Analytical Ability: Skill in interpreting data and metrics to measure success.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field is often preferred.
