Job Description:
An IT Executive manages an organization's computer systems, networks, and daily technical operations. Key duties include hardware and software troubleshooting, network maintenance (LAN/WAN/VPN), and user support.
Core Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Support: Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware.
- Network Management: Oversee LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN connections to ensure secure and smooth connectivity.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine data backups, software updates, and antivirus management.
- User Assistance: Resolve technical support tickets and assist staff with hardware or software issues.
Key Skills and Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, or a related field.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Windows/Linux OS, networking protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS), and firewall management.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and clear communication to help non-technical users.
