About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Engineer to monitor and elevate the quality of our operational processes and outputs. The ideal candidate will develop quality standards, inspect materials, conduct statistical testing, and determine corrective actions to ensure our final products consistently meet established quality benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality Inspection: Inspect materials, components, or finished products to ensure they meet required standards and specifications., as noted by 
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with operations and production teams to identify defects and implement preventive and corrective actions (CAPA). 
  • Documentation: Prepare inspection reports, test results, daily quality reports, and maintain proper records for audits and reviews.. Read more on Scribd.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all workflows, processes, and outputs adhere to industry and regulatory safety regulations and standards (e.g., ISO, ASTM). 
  • Data Analysis: Conduct statistical studies and analyze quality data to track performance trends and implement quality improvement processes. 
  • Vendor Relations: Inspect and evaluate the quality of incoming materials received from suppliers to verify compliance. 
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Industrial) or a closely related field.
  • Experience: [Insert Number, e.g., 2–5] years of proven experience in a quality control or manufacturing/construction environment.
  • Certifications: Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification is a strong plus.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS), such as ISO 9001, and proficiency in statistical analysis software.
  • Skills: Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
