Job Description:
A Sales & Service Executive drives revenue by acquiring new accounts while managing post-sale client relationships. Responsibilities include generating leads, delivering product presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt issue resolution. This role bridges the gap between the business and its clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Source new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Client Consultation: Assess client pain points and present tailored product or service solutions.
- Deal Negotiation: Handle customer objections, negotiate pricing, and close transactions.
- Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for post-sale support, ensuring client retention and uncovering upselling opportunities.
- Reporting & Tracking: Maintain accurate sales records and customer interactions in CRM software.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1–3 years in B2B/B2C sales or customer service roles.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.
- Commercial Awareness: Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities paired with a drive to meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
