TRAINEE ENGINEER FOR FABRICATION PLANT- RAIPUR , CHHATTISGARH

• Production Support: Assist with daily manufacturing activities such as cutting, bending, fitting, and assembling of metal or composite materials. 
• Quality Control: Conduct basic quality checks using measuring tools (e.g., vernier calipers, micrometers) and support the inspection of raw materials and finished goods. 
• Drawing Interpretation: Learn to read and interpret fabrication blueprints, 2D/3D engineering drawings, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). 
• Equipment Maintenance: Assist the maintenance team with preventive maintenance, basic equipment troubleshooting, and monitoring machine performance. 
• Data Reporting: Update daily production logs, maintain MIS records, and compile reports for process performance. 
• Safety & Housekeeping: Adhere strictly to plant safety rules and maintain 5S (housekeeping) standards on the shop floor. 
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in process optimization projects, Kaizen activities, and New Product Development (NPD). 

• Education: Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience: Entry-level or fresher (0–1 year experience).
• Technical Skills: Basic understanding of AutoCAD or SolidWorks, and proficiency in MS Office.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, willingness to work in rotational shifts, and eagerness to learn on the job.
