SALES MANAGER FOR STEEL MANUFACTURING - KOLKATA , WEST BENGAL

Job Description:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and business objectives.
• Manage and expand the customer base by identifying new business opportunities across assigned markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, distributors, and institutional clients.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while ensuring profitability.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to improve productivity and performance.
• Conduct regular market analysis to identify customer requirements, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, MIS reports, and performance analysis for senior management.
• Coordinate with production, dispatch, logistics, finance, and customer service teams for timely order execution.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, contracts, and business agreements with customers.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Promote company products through customer meetings, presentations, exhibitions, and business development activities.
• Candidates with experience in steel sales, industrial sales, B2B marketing, channel sales, or manufacturing industries will be preferred.
