Job Description:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth within the assigned territory.
• Manage and expand the dealer, distributor, and retailer network to increase market penetration.
• Identify new business opportunities and acquire potential customers across the assigned area.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the management.
• Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to improve productivity and performance.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key customers.
• Prepare sales forecasts, territory reports, MIS, and market analysis reports.
• Coordinate with dispatch, logistics, accounts, and customer support teams for timely order execution.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Organize promotional activities, product demonstrations, and dealer engagement programs.
• Candidates with experience in sales, business development, channel sales, or distribution management will be preferred.
