ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENT FOR SPONGE IRON - RAMPURA , MUNGELI, CHHATTISGARH

Job Description:

• Install, inspect, calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain field instruments and control systems.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of instrumentation equipment.
• Maintain and service transmitters, pressure gauges, flow meters, temperature sensors, level instruments, and control valves.
• Troubleshoot DCS, PLC, SCADA, and other automation systems to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
• Carry out calibration and testing of instruments as per maintenance schedules and quality standards.
• Diagnose faults in control circuits, field devices, and instrumentation panels and perform necessary repairs.
• Coordinate with production, electrical, and mechanical maintenance teams during shutdowns and maintenance activities.
• Maintain calibration records, maintenance logs, and instrument history sheets accurately.
• Assist in installation, commissioning, and upgrading of instrumentation and automation systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, calibration standards, and company maintenance procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and process efficiency.
• Candidates with experience in steel plants, power plants, or heavy industrial process industries will be preferred.
