DISPATCH EXECUTIVE MARKETING FOR POWER PLANT - RAMPURA , MUNGELI, CHHATTISGARH
Job Description:
A Dispatch Executive for a Power Plant oversees the logistics and commercial coordination of power distribution or plant materials. They act as the vital bridge between generation, marketing, and grid/transport operations, managing shipping schedules, supply contracts, and dispatch documentation to ensure seamless operational efficiency. Core Responsibilities
- Dispatch Scheduling: Coordinate daily power or material dispatch operations in strict alignment with commercial marketing agreements and production targets. [1, 2, 3]
- Commercial Coordination: Work alongside the marketing team to ensure customer requirements, off-take agreements, and billing details are met before dispatch. [1, 2, 3]
- Documentation & Billing: Prepare and verify dispatch documents, e-way bills, commercial invoices, and delivery challans. [1, 2, 3]
- Logistics Management: Coordinate with transporters, logistics providers, and load dispatch centers for the timely and efficient delivery of plant goods. [1, 2, 3]
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of dispatches, inventory levels, stock registers, and shipment tracking using ERP systems or MS Excel. [1, 2]
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in dispatch, logistics, or plant operations.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (like SAP) and advanced MS Excel.
- Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities. [1, 2, 3, 4]
