Job Description:
- Operate and monitor melting furnaces for metal melting and production activities.
- Ensure proper charging of raw materials into the furnace as per production requirements.
- Monitor temperature, melting parameters, and furnace performance during operations.
- Maintain product quality by following standard melting and process control procedures.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams for smooth operations.
- Identify operational abnormalities and report issues to supervisors immediately.
- Assist in furnace cleaning, refractory maintenance, and operational support activities.
- Maintain production records, furnace logs, and operational documentation accurately.
- Follow safety procedures, PPE usage, and company operational guidelines strictly.
- Ensure efficient utilization of raw materials, energy, and production resources.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and product quality.
- Candidates with induction furnace, steel melting, or foundry industry experience preferred.
